The upcoming Ratchet & Clank remaster for the PS4 made an appearance on the show floor of Paris Game’s Week recently. Developer Insomniac has released new gameplay footage of Ratchet tearing his way through a familiar resort planet.
Check out the video below for a look at some familiar weapons and just how impressive the remastered tropical planet of Pokitaru looks. There's also the brand new weapon that turns enemies into little digitized 8-bit chunks.

Ratchet & Clank for the PS4 is a retelling of the titular duo’s origin story, featuring remastered levels and gameplay from the original PlayStation 2 game. The game is scheduled to release in Spring 2016. You can also check out the recent story trailer from our previous Paris Games Week coverage.
