Injustice 2 isn't just a simple fighting game where you pick a combatant and go toe-to-toe with some other fighter. Carrying on in the tradition of developer NetherRealm Studios' pedigree (such as back when the studio was with Midway), Injustice 2 has different modes and amenities to keep players involved.
The new trailer for the game details its gear system, mobile ties, guild system, and multiverse mode. Guilds are naturally groups of up to 50 players that share gear and reap the shared rewards of their conquest.
Injustice 2 comes out on May 16 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
