Focus Home Interactive has peeled back the curtain on its upcoming sci-fi game The Surge, which shows how developer Deck13 has created its so-called "Dark Souls in space." The clip has a lot of behind-the-scenes footage and info, including how you mo-cap an exosuit that doesn't technically exist.
The solution, as it turns out, involves arm-extenders, weights, and a patient mo-cap performer. Take a look at the clip below to see the game in action, and also get plenty of shots of enemies getting torn apart and repurposed.
