If you're looking for a little more context to what exactly is going on in the hero shooter, you're in luck. Gearbox and 2K Games have released three motion comics that outline what happened before players meet up with the game's heroes in the campaign.
The series outlines what happened before Penarch, the second to the last remaining star in the universe, was destroyed. It features Battleborn leader Trevor Ghalt, lots of panning and zooming, and more pulpy dialogue than you could possibly want. Check it all out below.
