The latest Homefront: The Revolution trailer outlines, in detail, how you're taking back Philadelphia.
You can check out the trailer below, which alongside showing the assorted avenues by which you can take back the city, also shows some of the characters you will be working with as you fight against the oppressive Korean invasion.

Publisher Deep Silver and developer Dambuster has also detailed Merits as part of the game's latest update. Merits can be earned on Homefront-Game.com and can be connected to your gamertag in order to unlock gear to use in the full game. There are seven Merits to unlock on the website.
